At THE Medical each massage treatment is tailored to meet your
specific needs. Your first treatment will begin, therefore, with an
initial consultation. This enables the practitioner to understand
your needs, symptoms, and individual preferences.
Each massage lasts one hour and is performed on a specifically
designed massage couch.
If you are suffering from a specific symptom or condition you can
discuss the "way forward" with the practitioner at the end of the
session. They can develop a tailored treatment plan if
required.
Many clients discover that the treatments are so beneficial that
they return on a weekly or monthly basis for general
maintenance.
The therapist uses special oils to nourish the skin and improve
the flow of massage movements. All oils used are organic and
unadulterated. For best results, the oils should remain in contact
with the skin after the massage session (removing any excess as
necessary).
