Our Acupuncture service is of the highest quality.

Richard brings a natural enthusiasm and truly holistic approach to his acupuncture practice as he understands that each individual has unique physical, mental and emotional needs in life to maintain their health and wellbeing.
Using this understanding he places as much attention and importance on the impact of lifestyle factors, occupations and relationships that each individual has outside of the treatment room as he does to the treatment that he conducts within it. He also encourages his patients to also give equal emphasis to all elements of their life and lifestyle when looking towards their health and wellbeing.
Richard's own past experience and interests reflect his holistic outlook, as alongside his acupuncture training, he draws on a wealth of experience and interest in other natural health practices, including over 15 years of yoga practice (he's also a Yoga teacher) 5 Rhythms Dance and movement practices, Tai Chi, Meditation, Ayurvedic medicine and other various forms of bodywork. Richard's also got a Food and Nutrition degree, and previously managed an organic food shop.
Richard welcomes all patients and conditions, and particularly enjoys working around the awareness that our physical, mental and emotional health are connected and treating imbalances which may emerge and cause difficulties on the mental or emotional as well as physical levels.
