Cancellation policy
At THE Medical, we are happy to cancel or move appointments. We
do request, however, at least 24 working hours notice (this does
not include Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays).
Clients that cancel or postpone treatments within 24 working
hours of the agreed appointment will be charged equivalent to the
full price.
Clients will also be charged in full if they fail to attend an
appointment without notificartion.
